Free shipping of your order

Novita Diamonds offers free express shipping with DPD or DHL for all orders from Germany and the EU, regardless of the order total. For shipping costs to countries outside the EU, please contact us.

Delivery times will vary depending on the item that you order. Some items will be ready for next day delivery, other items may take up to 21 days to be shipped. We also offer the option to pick up your order from any of our showrooms here in Germany and overseas.

Novita Diamonds appreciates that we have many customers who buy products for special occasions, such as a marriage proposal, birthday or anniversary gift. We are happy to help you deliver your item in a way that keeps the surprise alive. Please contact us if this is the case with your order and our team will be happy to help you organise it.

Shipping guidelines

• All shipping orders have tracking numbers.
• All orders are shipped by express delivery.
• All orders are shipped with free insurance.
• There are no customs fees or import duties if the delivery is within the EU.

Due to reasons regarding insurance, we cannot reroute packages after they have been shipped from Novita Diamonds.
