For this reason, every item we create will undergo a high-standard quality control test before being delivered.

Please contact us, if for any reason you believe your item has a manufacturing defect. One of our team members will analyse the possible error.

If it is determined that the defect/damage has not been caused by a manufacturing defect, we will notify you and let you know if repair services are available and at what costs.

Conditions and Exclusions

Original purchaser to utilise this service only.

Circumstances that are not covered by this warranty (but not limited to):

• Any damage or trauma caused to the ring.
• Discolouration caused by chemicals, make-up, swimming pools, hot tubs or bathing.
• Prongs being damaged by trauma.
• Overtime wear (gold is a soft metal by nature and overtime may require building up)
• Worn out prongs or bent prongs, resulting in the stone falling out.
• In the event that the jewellery article has undergone resizing, repair, or any other type of work performed by a jeweller apart from Novita Diamonds, the warranty becomes null and void. This is because we cannot ensure the level of workmanship exercised by the third-party jeweller.
