Starting from September 2023, Novita Diamonds in Germany is launching a number of promotions which are outlined below.

1. REFER A FRIEND

For all of Novita Diamonds’ customers, when you refer a friend and if they purchase an engagement ring, you will be entitled to a €120 Novita Diamonds gift voucher.

How it works:

• Let your family and friends know about Novita Diamond's referral program.
• After your family/friend has purchased an engagement ring from Novita Diamonds, apply for the gift voucher by clicking the button below
• Fill in the form and wait until you receive an e-mail confirmation stating that your request has been approved.
• The claim form must be filled out within 8 weeks of your family/friend's purchase.

Terms & Conditions:

• This offer is only valid to existing customers referring their family/friends.
• The gift voucher will be given once the final payment has been made and the ring has been collected by your family/friend.
• This voucher becomes invalid if your family/friend returns their item or cancels their order.
• This referral promotion is only valid when an engagement ring is purchased including a diamond and ring.
• The Gift Voucher will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
• The Gift Voucher has no name and is transferable to anyone you choose to give it to.
• The Gift Voucher has a unique number, do not make it public or share it unless you want to gift it.
• It is your own responsibility to keep the unique code private.
• The Gift Voucher can be used for any product that Novita Diamonds sells online and in-store.
• Novita Diamonds reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Refer A Friend Offer at any time, or without prior notice.
• Novita Diamonds reserves the right to withdraw the Refer A Friend Offer without further notice.
• Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, discount or voucher.

2. BIRTHDAY DISCOUNT

Existing Novita Diamonds customers are eligible for a 7% discount during their birthday month each year. This applies to any jewellery products purchased during their respective birthday month. (excluding engagement rings, diamonds & wedding bands).

How it works:

• If you are placing the order online, place the order by only paying the 20% deposit. Contact us after your purchase to let us know that you would like to take advantage of your birthday month offer. One of our friendly team will then send you an updated invoice that reflects the 7% discount.
• If you are at one of our showrooms, let our staff know and they will process the discount for you.

Terms & Conditions:

• This Birthday Offer is applicable through Novita Diamonds both in-store and online.
• This Birthday discount applies on jewellery items only (Earrings, Pendants, Bracelets, Necklaces).
• This Birthday discount does not apply on Engagement rings, wedding bands and loose diamonds.
• The Birthday Offer is valid for existing Novita Diamonds customers only.
• Offer available on full-priced jewellery products only.
• Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion or discount.
• Buyers must provide proof of birthdate on request.
• Offer valid during the calendar month of your birthday only (for example for anyone with a birthday between 1-30 April, the offer will be valid between 1-30 April).
• There is no limit on how many items you can buy during that month.
• Your birthday discount can only be redeemed by you and cannot be used by any other person on your behalf.
• Novita Diamonds reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the Birthday Offer at any time, or without prior notice.
• Novita Diamonds reserves the right to withdraw the birthday offer without further notice.
