Designing your custom diamond engagement ring is a collaborative process, with our team working with you to conceptualise it as well as making any necessary adjustments up to the final drawing. The design will be provided to you as a 3D image, which will allow you to view it from any angle. Once our master jeweller receives your approval, production begins on your ring. In general, custom jobs generally take 4 to 6 weeks to complete, depending on the production queue and design complexity. Express orders will, however, be completed within 6 to 11 business days of the final design.
